"We loved the area. IT was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. We asked about an Uber to the airport but were told they did not use them. They recommended their Taxi service which we booked for 4:30 am. When we came down early as asked it the taxi could come earlier they said no (did not even try) and that we would be charged a fee (the entire cost it turns out). We ended up getting an Uber in 5 min at a lower rate. "

"We had a great stay at the property. Friendly, helpful staff, great location, just opposite the Wien train station. There are several food options within the train station. The only complaint I have is that there was no air conditioning in the two first days of our stay and it was very hot for Vienna, probably in the high 70 degrees and no ventilation in the room. We didn’t think it would be safe to keep the patio door open all night. "

"The location is excellent, staff were nice. In hotel price for drinks was way too high and limited. So just avoid that and go to a local spot nearby and there are plenty. While the hotel claims Air Conditioning it is in fact only available during certain seasonal times. We were here late April in hot weather and had to sleep with windows open and there is a LOT of urban dust/dirt in the air. "
