The room were spotless and clean. Staff is organised and professional, but most importantly very nice. Bathrooms are very clean and and the rooms are quiet. Closer to transportation. I enjoyed everything about this place

We like Jo&Joe because: - it is at a convenient location. Just next to the train station and many shops and eateries nearby - the room and toilet is very clean - clear instructions are given about check-in and how to locate the place As we reserved a family room with attached toilet, it would be good for Jo&Joe to provide a hairdryer for such room type. The reception informed that all hairdryers were loaned out and not sure when they would be returned.

There is a big choice if you need to shop and if you need to wash clothing a laudromat 1 ride on the streetcar or a 15 minute walk This is a fabulous hostel located in a convenient area with a choice of transport options, great vibe and really helpful staff I am happy that I chose to stay there.

The location is great and the facilities are fine, but the check-in experience could be improved. The staff at arrival was correct but not friendly, and we didn’t receive many explanations. We arrived before 3 pm as the welcome email suggested it might be possible to check in earlier, yet the receptionist didn’t even ask for our names. Also, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and had an unpleasant smell. Once settled, the stay was okay, but the first impression could definitely be better.

Decent, clean, and comfortable. Lots of social spaces and activities on the property too and at least the room I was in had a phenomenal view of the city to awake to each morning. Also the metro was right next to hostel which was extremely convenient.

I had a great experience at this Jo&Joe. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the public spaces are well-designed and inviting. The location is excellent, with an underground station right beneath the building, making it very convenient to get around

Room was big and proper. We booked a 10 person hostel and had a really good stay in the hostel. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly and in the night it was a little bit loud. But for the price and our one night stay it was really nice!

Amazing stay

Amazing breakfasts, very fun events. I went to the kareoke on wednesday and it was a blast! Close to shops and about 25 minutes from hofburg. I felt very safe as a young female solo traveler.

Being a more mature traveller (65 ), I was slightly nervous about staying here but it was great! Quiet, friendly and in a fantastic location with breakfast costing about €8. We stayed in a private twin and for Vienna it was very, very affordable! Would go back in a flash!!
