"I tried through Hotels.com and also through the hotel directly her Hotels.com direction to cancel the reservation, and I kept getting the runaround. Hotels.com told me to handle it with a hotel and when I called the hotel, they told me to handle it with Hotels.com. I didn’t make the trip and I tried to cancel."

"Such a fun hotel. Chic without being pretentious. Loved the room (so grateful for the water), and the restaurant/bar on the roof was great with amazing views of Tucson. The pool was beautiful, and the view of the Santa Catalina Mountains was awesome. The self parking option is KEY and so helpful. The proximity to U of A cannot be beat. Everything is walkable to restaurants and shopping, and the free bus/trolley to 4th is so helpful. The *only* things I felt needed attention are the bathroom floor needing a thorough cleaning, and the cleaning crew needs to take the "studying" (do not disturb) signs seriously as they opened our door regardless. Still, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Graduate!!"

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "
