Very good location, in between the Tucson mountains and downtown, convenient to the highway and major roads. Good value for the money. Otherwise nothing too special, typical motel, bed was fine, mini-fridge was helpful, TV was a bit broken. Would not recommend a long stay there if you have money to stay somewhere else. Tucson has quite a homelessness problem, and you can see some very sketchy characters passing through the area, but the property itself seemed OK for the most part.

We were in Tucson for the gem show, so motel’s location and prices were good. Room was comfortable, especially good were the beds and shower. Floor was dirty and there was lots of outside and late night noise. Probably not a good choice for family with kids.

It's close to the Convention Center, which was important to me. The bed was comfortable. The host/hostess were friendly. In the room, there were lightbulbs missing. The microwave and refrigerator were old and obviously well-used. The microwave plate did not rotate. There was not a room coffee maker. Pods were provided to place in a paper cup of hot water, which was unsatisfactory.

The rooms are alway nice and clean and the staff are all very kind. While I was there I saw the buliding was getting a new paint job, maybe some newer beds might help cause the center of the bed sinks in and kindof interupted my sleep, but after I put some pillows in the center I was ok, but that wont stop us from returning. Thank you, see you next time.
