There is a severe cockroach problem. Every night I saw multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. I thought they were coming out of the bathroom drain but there is a huge crack between the wall and floor they also come out of. The floor was sticky and filthy, anything that touches it e.g. socks or towels turn black. If you can afford better, I would say you definitely should not stay here. The other motel down the road is nicer or if you go further into the centre of town the hotels and area are much nicer.

I'll start by saying that the staff here is amazing. From check-in, to check-out, everyone we encountered was amazing. As for the property itself, it was less than impressive. The property was clean, for the most part. It's supposed to be a non-smoking property, but there were people smoking all over the place, and cigarette butts all over the walkways. The toilet paper holders were broken, so the rolls would fall off whenever used. There was one tiny garbage can, next to the bed. The air conditioning unit was dirty/full of dust. No soap to wash hands or anything like that. Towel/bath mat looked like it hadn't been washed ever. Shower curtain wasn't long enough to keep water inside, so the floor was all wet by the time the shower was done. If you get cold easily, bring your own blanket. The ones they have are really just sheets. It's a "you get what you pay for" place, which is not unusual for places off the freeway like this is. It's fine if you need a bed for a night, but wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

The room was alright, many paint chips/splatters on the floor around the baseboards. The baseboards in the corners, especially of the bathroom, were not in very good condition. While cleaning up a small water spill in the bathroom with a provided towel, the cleaned spill turned the towel gray/brown. This leads me to believe that mopping of the floors is very inconsistent. At the end of the day the room served its purpose as a place to sleep.

Chaotic check-in and check-out. The hotel was unorganized due to hosting the gem and mineral show. Did not tell me at check-in that they were not offering the continental breakfast. Overall the hotel was dirty and unkept, on top of the commotion of the gem show going on.

Brandi was rude and had an attitude with us when we comforted her about roaches being in our room. She came up with excuses to try and have us stay in the room with bugs instead of comping us with a new room. She on multiple occasions refused to clean or assist with the room and would commit the cardinal sin of having the guest use the plunger or clean the room ourselves. it’s beyond embarrassing. Every time my girlfriend and I stay here we end up going through 3 different rooms before we find one with decent environment. It’s either roaches, dirty rooms, no AC, or dead bugs everywhere. It seems to be obvious that the cleaning ladies don’t clean the rooms at all. On multiple occasions we’ve had to ask for someone to clean our room before we even settle down. Even then they just do a sweep and there’s still issues with the room following such as dirty showers with dry soap from the previous guests and serious plumbing issues with the place. Every other time you use the toilet it will clog. The maintenance man is the best thing about the place he’s hardworking and always gets the job done I commentate his work. It’s the shame the rest of the staff doesn’t share his work ethic.

La habitación estaba limpia, los colchones cómodos, todo esta bien, pero no hay desayuno, aunque en la pagina dice que si, pero no ponen desayuno, y el estacionamiento esta la mayoria ocupado con cosas de unas exposiciones que tienen de piedras, se tiene que estacionar muy lejos.

El hotel está para 3 de 5 estrellas, no hubo desayuno por que había un evento de venta de piedras y velas y por eso no ofrecieron desayuno eso comentaron, como está pegado al freeway mucho ruidos en la noche (no previne ese detalle) el resto está OK
