「Everything was good other than our room ac was not working but the lady at the desk put us right across the hall and it was great .」

「We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, except the pool was out of service due to a pump issue. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. It wasn’t advertised that the pool was not available. We were disappointed.」

We left for a few hours and returned to a clean room, I thought. The pile of chips were still in the same spot. I notified the same person at the front desk and she apologized again. No resolution. We asked the front desk for more towels and wash clothes as our room only had two of...

「The Relax Inn is an older motel but they do a decent job of keeping it clean and comfortable. Obviously the price is considerably lower than most in Lawton. It’s conveniently located close to Fort Sill and many restaurants.」

「The staff was friendly, the room was clean and there was ample parking. Several locations nearby for food and shopping.」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal.」

「The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.」

「The place is under a renovation. So it is kinda different. Seeing the new with the old...but in a good way. Great staff. Great rooms! The place has a 'Dean Martin ' feel to it. It's going to be a great place.」

「Good for a quick stay if needed. Cleaning was done, but behind the nightstand it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. The pool was also out of order when we stayed and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.」
