「This hotel is super clean with lovely amenities. I was most impressed by the attention to detail with cleaning - no dust on shelves, etc where you would normally see dust. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion all provided. Not noisy at all. The hotel is secure - must have a key card to access the elevators. Staff was very helpful on check-in as well as when I had questions about the area. I was impressed and will be returning.」

「Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed.」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

NONE of the light outlets for pugging in your phone worked, the outlet being used for the floor lamp literally came out of the wall, The pool, which was one of the reasons we booked, was shut down with no seeable timeframe of being fixed. Only outlet that worked was behind the bed, not to mention it was way overloaded. Curtains did not close! We were on the bottom floor, where people walk by, and they could glance in at any time.
