「Clean room, nice staff」

「Great customer service! Free parking, and very close to our destination of Fort Sill.」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「When I opened the door to my room I was overwhelmed with a mildew smell. There’s black mold on the shower, the bed cut my leg with the exposed sharp edges & there were press on nails stuck to the carpet. I will NEVER stay at this property again.」

「At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.」

「The staff member at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet so I was able to get good sleep. The room was clean for the most part but had a very bad odor of cigarette. The carpet had a lot of stains on it and looked like it needed to be cleaned. There was no trash or waste basket in the room and apparently you have to dump your own trash but no bags are provided. The furniture was run down and falling apart. I don't think I would stay here again.」

「We (5) had a 2 bd/2 bath suite and it was excellent. Stayed one night, so didn’t use amenities, but saw the outdoor pool that looked great & fitness room. Breakfast was very good, location right near the freeway. Comfortable beds, great showers/bathrooms. We wish all Homewood Suites or other hotels had this room size option.」

Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.」

「People let me warn you: DO NOT STAY HERE. After we checked in, we went up to our room and it was DISGUSTING. Mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor, the nightstand was broken, the floors were nasty, the toilet was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes (we got a NON-smoking room). My husband and I took one look at the room and immediately put all of our stuff back in our car. Luckily we were able to make other arrangements, so we went to check out at the front desk and the guy there told...

「Nice home, well appointed for a family or 3. Extremely organized and everything you need for the weekend. A salt lick outside the kitchen window invites the deer at sunrise. The short road to the drive is steep, rocky, and has deep water ruts… it’s drivable but an SUV or higher ground clearance helps. 」
