「The area was safe and fun to walk around. The Inn was unique, clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great. the customer service was excellent -cordial and helpful. 」

「The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. It was just me and my dog. I reserved this hotel because I was attending a 3-hour wedding reception in Lake Como and they were dog friendly. However, their pet policy, which is not available on their website, stated pet guests cannot be left unattended in the room. I didn’t find this out until I checked in. This meant I couldn’t eat in the restaurant or leave her for a few hours to attend the event. I had to scramble to find another option...

「The courtain was off the track, mud on the bathroom floor, theres a panel under the sink that would constantly fall and make a crashing noise. It crashed down in the middle of the night as we were sleeping. There was a hole in the shower. Yes, a hole in the shower floor. All around the door to the lobby, light seeped in, so the room never got dark at night. It was a very strange stay, especially for a new hotel. 」

「Room was clean, in ok condition. Mattress was awfully thin and hard as a rock. Pillows were very thin also, I requested 2 extra pillows.Very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly Hopefully Mattress will be replaced soon. 」
