"First of all -- this is a fantastic location. Looking out over the cathedral, and a few feet from the High Street, I can't imagine a better place to spend three weeks (as we did). I'd like to make a special comment about the front desk staff, who were always cheerful and helpful, especially Sophie, Liam, and the manager (whose name I'm sorry to say I've forgotten). "The staff were fantastic very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The room was perfect with a great view of the harbour. The whole hotel was neat and tidy with everything you would need for a great stay. The restaurant has a sea view and the food was perfect. The breakfast is a must a full help yourself buffet with everything you could possibly want and more! Also the hotel has a large car park. I highly recommend this place! "
