"The beds were the only thing good about the place. The breakfast was very minimal and the person taking care of it was doing too many jobs at once so a lot of foods that needed to be replenished were empty. The carpets on the stairs and leading to the rooms need a good vacuuming they were really dirty for our 2 day stay. Wouldn't stay there again."
"When I checked in the lady at the front desk was helping another customer. He said he needed two beds instead of one. She said “you made the reservation. That’s your fault.“ She was very rude. When I finally got into my room, the advertising photos did not match the room. They were deceiving. The room was dirty. There was hair all over the shower, the shower curtain was at least 6 inches too long making it a fall hazard, especially while in the shower. It was still wet from the previous person and had mold. I could not shower. When I took off my shoes and socks, my feet became dirty from the floor. I then saw a spider by the refrigerator, another spider by the bed that went into the headboard, an earwig crawled under the bed, and a couple flying bugs. I could not sleep there. I had to leave. I ended up cutting my getaway short and drove four hours home. I do not recommend this property. They need to get an exterminator, clean, fix the windows and paint. Basic maintenance in my opinion. It says it was renovated and that had to have been in the 90s. I am so disappointed with my experience. It ruined my getaway."
"All in all, our stay was very good.
The bed doesn't fit our back or our back does'nt fit the bed. Could be both.
Point for improovment: one little shampoo tube and no conditioner at all is not common in such accomodation."
"There were supposed to be 3 ice machines in the building. One was missing entirely and the other two were not working. The desk clerk offered me an ice cube tray "so I could have some ice tomorrow" (no freezer in the room, and we were only staying one night). bathroom sink was also stopped up."
"Great hotel, I like the Sauna and Functional Fitness type of Gym!! Worked out great for a work trip, comfortable beds. The Cafe was finally open this time so that was a bonus. The Sauna was suposed to be 24/7 however someone had turned it off so I was not able to use it when I tried at 6:30 am. Otherwise the Front Desk staff were super Friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure."
"The hotel has clean rooms, plenty of parking, and friendly staff. The rooms are convenient and basic, but the building and lobby could use some TLC.
We didn't try the restaurant, in part, because it did not seem inviting. However, my biggest issue with the hotel was the pet policy. The hotel allows dogs for a fee, but the policy seems hostile. The dog can't walk on the premises, can't be left in the room, or be on the patio area, which was another reason we couldn't even enjoy a drink outside. We have travelled with our dog for 10 years and have never had a complaint. Some hotels--including very high-end ones-- have given our dog bowls, treats, and toys. This hotel made it hard for us to enjoy our trip. We couldn't even go out to dinner and had to eat takeout the whole time. I understand that they have had bad experiences with some dog owners, but don't punish everyone. Also, explain your pet policy on your website, so dog owners know what militant restrictions they are signing up for ahead of time."
