"Cabin floor wasn’t very clean at arrival and mat was dirty. TV didn’t work as signal was very poor and when we complained nothing was done about it . No house keeping was done the next day so no clean cups or towels. Just a carrier bag with a toilet roll and some tea bags we didn’t need. Hotel desperately ..."
