OYO Rooms Staten Island hotels

"Staff was great, breakfast was much better than expected, hotel room was small but had what we needed. The first night we noticed the heater didn’t work but didn’t report it since we didn’t use it. Hotel is just steps from Time Square but no loud noises once inside the room. Arrived 2 hours early to check in and we were offered another room with 2 beds instead of 1 king if we didn’t want to wait, which we took. Could leave our luggage after check out which was a super plus! Hotel in under renovation but no issues at all because of it. Overall nice experience and for sure will stay again."

"We had a slight issue with the thermostat in our room. The heater would kick on rather than cool. When maintenance could not fix the issue the manager on duty not only changed our room but had a bellhop assist us with transferring our bags from one room to the other. 10/10 service "

"From the friendly reception staff to the barista, everyone was welcoming. The room was clean, well designed and a bit small, though that’s to be expected by New York standards. The location was great too, close to everything I needed."
