"I truly enjoyed my stay, the property was beautifully designed, the room was clean, and comfortable. My only issue was the AC unit, even after dropping the temp to 65 the room was muggy and warm. But other than that everything was excellent!"
"Hello, I would like to say that the hotel was not bad but the rooms are very very small. Also, the elevator is very bad, since you have to wait 20 minutes. Lastly, there is not water in the rooms, I was thirsty all day, and the did not had a lobby."

"Check in and out was quick. Staff extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Room key was down but was escorted to my room and my keycard was ready 30 minutes later so no big deal. Room very clean and a ton of lighting. Bathroom updated with exceptional lighting. Only negative was the AC would run 5 minutes and then cut off. Had to turn it to 65 to cool the room down to an acceptable level to sleep. High temps outside were mid 60’s so should not have needed to run the AC that much. Overall, this hotel met my standards (which most say are high) and I would stay there again."
"The hotel Needs to be updated but the location is what makes this a convenient place to stay. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. The food was cold and service took forever. Also the staff at breakfast was dropping silverware, clanging dishes. At least we had a $35 credit toward it or I would have complained."
"We never parked as the transit system's were good, the location was great. The beds were ok but they are getting soft and the mattresses may need changing out,besides that we really enjoyed NYC.😃 THANKS ."
