Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort

"The parking was awkward and the gates didn't always work. The hotel is looking kind of run down, kind of old and dated. The bathrooms were nice and very large but the toilet seats were worn down and need replacement. Some of the hall lighting was broken. There were not a lot of food choices and a number of places were closed. Still the value was good, and the view of the lake was excellent. I still would come back here if there continues to be good rates."

"We had a bit of a problem getting through to front desk and maintainance man didnt show up at all after waiting 2.5 hours. Went down to front desk next morning and KAREN was an amazing fixed our problems and was very generous in offering extras. Have never stayed here however bcuz of Karen’s extremely kind and helpful nature will be back!!!!"

"I thought that the property was very pretty, and the room we had was nice. I really wish there had been a pool or at least the hot tub being open past 7 PM. A pool would make a huge difference with me wanting to come back. I had a hard time reaching the property. I kept getting a fast busy signal and found out from one of the other travelers that the power had been out for a couple days. I’m assuming that’s why I could not get through. I tried to to let them know that I was gonna be arriving later than I anticipated, but could never reach a person. That made me very nervous about arriving later. But the stay turned out to be very nice regardless, and I had no issues with checking in once I got there."

"We came there to get married on top of Cave Rock. They treated us like royalty and made our nuptials so memorable! We want to return every year to celebrate our anniversary with them. The view, the beach, the golf, the food… all excellent!"
