"Not clean at all my kids got pink eye from sleeping on the couch!!!!! The staff was rude only one nice receptionist there was rude timeshare scammer guys that kept calling and asking personal questions and super rude and hostile!!!!! Outdoor pool was not clean!!!! Looked black at inside from all the bugs! Didn’t go in the spa couldn’t imagine how nasty!!!! We checked out early due to the hostile guy calling my personal number and the hotel room number!!! We were scared for our safety but not only that my daughter’s eye was so red after our stay we went to the emergency room and they had pink eye!!!!! "

"The view was incredible. It was a pricey stay. I didn’t sleep well due to the toilet run all night. I struggled a bit with getting the fireplace to light. "

"Hot tub on rooftop was incredible. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the button for the jets. Host said they would send up a facility faculty, yet no one showed up. "

"This is a timeshare accomodation but was reserved through cheaptickets. We love worldmark because it's staying in a fully furnished condo. We cook breakfast and have freshly brewed coffee in the room before going out. The place is newly renovated. The staff is great, parking is never an issue. It's on Kingsbury grade, we like it because it's far from the noisy blvd "

"Stayed here 3 times this winter and all stays were consistently very good. Had everything I could need. Tucked away from the main strip but close enough if you wanted to venture out. Home away from home. "
