The view was a brick wall. The room was missing utensils, it served its purpose but wasn’t something I’d choose again. I’ll upgrade my room next time. It wasn’t what I was expecting from the pictures provided.

The ad about the rooms in the resort were misleading, it wasn’t clarified as to what room view you got etc, the room were a bit outdated, the amenities wasn’t worth the resort fee.

Room was good, had some maintenance issues, but they were pretty responsive considering it was New Years day. Customer service checking in was ok, will get a timeshare sales pitch. otherwise - this is NOT a ski-in/out place. you will have to take a shuttle service for the Stagecoach or Boulder lodge. We just drove down and parked at Boulder lodge but the shuttle service seemed decent. there's no monorail/gondola to the slopes, so be aware of that.

The rooms were nice. The hot tub and sauna were not working. When checking in one of the staff members, Lucy, had initially only checked me and family in for 1 of our rooms; and when we came back to ask why we were not checked in to both rooms, she quickly blamed me for not telling her and argued about not seeing my second room on her paperwork. From what I know about customer service, you do not argue w/ the customer. Nice rooms, a 15 min drive from all the restaurants and shopping. Plan accordingly.

BUYER BEWARE- the View rooms do not come with a view and Expedia refused to correct it. I paid a premium to get a View room and pictures do not depict property I was given. I could have a gotten a larger room for less money had the rooms been properly advertised. I reported to Expedia and all they would do is offer me OneKeyCash credit instead of a credit back to my method of payment. Spoke with properly too and they were no help, blamed it all on Expedia.
This is the “View” I paid a premium for.
