「The front desk staff has a very bad attitude」

「Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. 」

「旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。」

「Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely. 「Great location, newly renovated hot tubs and outdoor areas. Property is older but very well kept, great place to stay if you want to be on the mountain. Short walk to the village, or shuttle ride every 10 minutes during the day for skiers/boarders.」
