"The front desk ppl were very nice and professional. The room could be a lil dark even u turn all the lights on. There was individual bathroom comes with the four person dorm, which is really nice"

"Staff was nice! Maintenance and housekeeping was amazing! We were disappointed with the roof top bar because it was closed Thursday night and Friday there was an event so we didn’t experience it! Other than that it was amazing! There is a bar on the first floor so we were able to have a drink and relax! "

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, courteous, attentive and made me feel welcomed. The room was very spacious, clean and I absolutely loved the view(14th floor, overlooking the courtyard/city). I'm definitely going to stay here again the next time I come back to L.A. "

"Beautiful hotel, but older"

"Loved this hotel! Beautiful building. Cool decor design. Great staff. Loved my breakfast and cocktail (not at same time). Only comment would be - entrance could have so much more potential. There is a cool gold carved door chained closed sadly on what would bring you into the beautiful grand dining room and possibly a path to check in desk. Instead, entrance around the corner thru regular glass doors and then you weave thru a glass hall which is kinda cool but not same feel as the rest of the building. Anyway, the whole stay was wonderful really. Just a side note on the initial impression when entering. "
