"The room was clean when I got in but the shower floor was brown. I assumed it was stains in the tub. If you’re looking for breakfast to get by then this would be good, otherwise this wouldn’t be your hotel. The breakfast was limited (warm up sandwiches, make your own waffle, cereal, and maybe juice if it works). Parking was never an issue and the staff were really friendly and helpful."

"The onsite team or front desk was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to retrieve the item, I noticed how dusty it was under the bed. Keep in mind, the bed sits high off the floor and the floor is vinyl. There was a film along the plastic baseboard that only happens when you mop without sweeping and now there is gunk stuck to the baseboard and floor. My recommendation is that at least twice per year the beds are pulled out and the baseboards deep cleaned."

"While this was a cute old hotel with new life be breathed into it...there were a few things that were disappointing. The lobby and breakfast room is on the second floor! I did not see an elevator although there may have been one I missed. But is was a strange set up to say the least. They did have a cool Vinyl room and a pool table that you can play for free but they charge for everything else. For example the lock box for your valuables in the room! Really! Then there is NO live TV! They had all the streaming apps and want you to put in your own information to stream anything! I have a $30 antenna at home that would be better than nothing. Do I have to travel with that now? The free breakfast was not very good I'm afraid. Bad coffee, a couple of bagels and an apple."

"The staff was excellent @The griffin ,and I enjoyed there menu with drinks and dinner being a simple menu with good food great service , the last time I was visiting the hotel and the staff at the front desk treated me like family and was so pleasant with her job and people , very pleasant lady to check in or out with ,"

"Although room was remodeled, floor was dirty and sticky. Bathtub was dirty and cracked, while toilet was unstable. The main problem was we found and took photo of bedbug incident which we reported immediately to the property staff. The property manager called the proprietor who apologized and assured us that our stay will be compensated. Three weeks since the incident, nothing received. Messaged the hotel twice through Expedia and not a single response. Called Red Roof relations to file a formal complaint. They stated $51.31 was credited. Checked my credit card transactions and Expedia account and confirmed there was nothing credited to date. After following up through emails for details of the refund, such as reference no and date refund was issues, guest relations stated case is unresolved but will be closed anyways. Worst stay and customer relations experience. Will never stay at Red Roof Inn again. They have lost my business. Hoping I have a chance to upload photos of the bed bug."
