「From the moment we arrived to when we departed for the airport the entire staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful, i was especially pleased with the ample vegetarian options! The location was good. Our room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. I also really loved the aesthetic design of the hotel. 」

「I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Room was spotless Staff were great Facilities great Breakfast great Facilities suck as gym was ok Pools were ok Sauna was great Room was quite dark especially the bathroom Bathroom needs small shelves to put toothpaste plus utensils on Room 207 with balcony faced a major roadway coming into St Jillian’s thus noisy motorbikes etc All in all was very good Would I stay again … yes however ask for a room that faces the front same side as the entrance 」
