「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「地理位置优越，健身房不错，wifi速度快，房间干净整洁，洗澡莲蓬头水压不错。海景房有送2瓶免费饮用水+一瓶小红酒。早餐不错，Lavazza咖啡标配 不过要注意附近一家叫 St Juliani Bay hotel的 与这家酒店一字之差。」

「Property was amazing , staff were super friendly and helpful. The area is very popular with party goers in the evening but we still felt secure and safe and it was a good location for food / beach / and other attractions. I would go back. Only request is for full length mirrors in the room or hallways and more control over the pool area as a few times non hotel people were attending with friends meaning we couldn’t get seats 」

「I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.」
