「Room wasn’t ready at time of check-in but offered another room at €50 per night extra which incl Club M lounge access- kinda good, nice staff in lounge area, it was more pleasant for breakfast compared to buffet on level 2 but we had paid for breakfast with our original sea view room, so not a saving. Manager was very nice & decorated our bed plus Prosecco & cake for our anniversary, so that was extremely nice. Large hotel but staff made you feel special. Wigi’s restaurant close by is a must too」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, allerdings wäre eine gewisse Abgrenzung zum Bad wünschenswert, genauso wie ein Lichtschalter, sowie Steckdose für den Fön, direkt im Bad. Das Frühstück war gut und mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Das interne Restaurant bieten gute und erschwingliche Speisen für Mittag- und Abendessen an. 「Hotel was well situated, unfortunately a lot of building work going on in neighbourhood. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Occasional confusion with housekeeping over towels in bathroom - change not changed, removed and not replaced (minor issue as staff quick to remedy when asked/reminded).」

「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...
