「We weren’t in the room much, admittedly. But the rooms were nice and location was amazingly convenient. 」

「Had a not so nice Oder I called about. Maybe old smoke or mustyness in the halls and room. One bed was made up ok the other looked like they just threw the blanket back over and tucked it in. Both things I called the overnight staff about. 」

「We didn’t stay. After being given an occupied room (contained luggage and personal belongings) we went to the desk thinking they had made a mistake of which room we were in. There was another guest who had been given a room that was dirty and supplied photos. The front desk clerk agreed to a refund as he didn’t have any clean rooms. It seemed as though they didn’t have staff. I did see one person cleaning near the desk but the front desk clerk kept leaving to go check on rooms himself. ...

「The only reason that I booked this stay was to take my 8 year old son swimming. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant so we had absolutley nothing to do. I tried to contact expedia numerous times and they basically did not care. I am an umeployed sngle mother so I spent all this money that I had to save for so long to sit in a house and do nothing. I am very upset because yet again another company is getting away wth ripping off a customer and nothing happens. I contacted them right away...
