「Firstly no bottled water in room was told that they could fill a container of water for us but we said that would be water from tap they said yes as we explained we don’t drink tap water. Next was noise from other guests, this is not the owners fault but a rule saying the premises would be locked at a certain time would benefit guests staying at property instead we had other guests entering the property slamming every door they went through at half past midnight then to have one occupant start...

「Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value. Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked!
