"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970. The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC. "

"Neues sehr schönes Hotel. Toller Wellnessbereich wo man im Sommer fast allein ist und im Winter kommen die Skifahrer an der Sauna vorbei. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Vom Hotel ist man bei gutem Wetter und straffen Schritt in 2,5 h auf dem Dumbier. Absolute Empfehlung. "

"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."
