"Staff was great. Hotel room smelled moldy. No exhaust fan in the restroom. Hallway smelled like weed. There was a dog barking for hours in the early morning and nothing was done so not much sleep that morning.The restaurant at the hotel was ok but not worth what we paid for food over 100 dollars for a burger. kids tenders. and a piece of salmon. Restaurant did not match hotel. The lock on the door was flimsy. My daughter loved the pool and sauna but other than that I would not recommend or go back"

"The location is near the bay and short distance from Berkeley university. The suite is clean, spacious and comfortable and the included breakfast has many options with fresh fruit including berries. Unfortunately we cannot comment about the view from the hotel since we were unfortunate to get a room at lower level right over the entrance canopy, so blocked to view anything. The upper front levels have some views towards the bay."

"Horrible service from the staff i had a friend coming over to pick me up to go to a party he was looking for my room and they told him to leave or they were honna call security they called me to the room i confirmed he was coming with and they told me if he was in my room i had to leave too using F*** so ofcourse i left and i had booked for 2 nights and i was there just for 4 hours. "

"Staff are wonderful. Water pressure is so bad it took 4-5 minutes for my water to get warm. ADA hand held shower has no post to position in a way that people can wash hair with both hands. No daily cleaning of the room. Garbage gets piled up. "

"Good for Cal fams like us who need a local place where you can just rest and recharge - especially when everything else is booked out. "
