Go early to avoid the crowds.  Eat at the Relic Road Brewing Company across the street.

We got there just before 8 a.m. and there was hardly anyone or any traffic at that point, which made taking pictures easier. You can stand right in the middle of the intersection with the "Rte 66" logo on the ground as your foreground.
