The property is older and shows its age, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very nice. The breakfast was basic and the common areas could have been cleaner. That said, the room itself was in good shape—clean bathroom, strong shower pressure, and they provided soap and conditioner. The microwave, refrigerator, and newer AC unit all worked well, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. Overall, not a luxury stay, but the room was comfortable and functional.

Horrific experience check in and check out drugs deals in the parking lot I traveled with my property and staff rude staff member yelling at customers with children present when check no information given about breakfast or fees or deposits when asked if there was easier way to the room was told only through front when they are side doors ., not handicap accessible overall this place needs to be shut down can’t believe Expedia would even do business which such a place .. it’s like rehab housing

Room was not very appealing…very dingy bedding. We got blankets from our car and slept on top of bed. Breakfast was sub-par. Waffle machine handles broken and when I poured juice with floaters from “coffee urn”, I was told they “try to keep the spigot cleaned, it’s hard to clean”.

room was fine. surrounding area is dying, even though winslow is a tourist destination. dining choices are few, and you have to drive to get to them, which is unpleasant when the weather is really bad. it is easy to get on and off I-40, which is why i stayed there. because of the lack of walkable sights, i wouldn't stay there again.

I firmly believe you pay for what you get. This one, when I was sleeping, somehow smelled like cigarettes, kids and adults screaming that I could hear through the door, no second lock on the door, I could hear people opening and shutting doors, I could easily hear people through the wall, the walls were not good in the bathroom where the shower rod is barely hanging on, etc. This complex needs to fix these things.

Staff was great room was clean. Towels were dingy, bed was on a metal frame that squeaked every time you moved. Not just a metal frame but a metal deck. Continental breakfast was just toast cereal waffle coffee. No tea no juice. Bathtub drain did not work so a bath was not available. Like I said staff was great price was right I would stay again. Just need to know what to expect.

This place is an absolute DUMP!! No sign outside and the smell when you walk in is horrendous! We didn’t even check in, we told the front desk guy to cancel our reservations, that we’d find another place! I don’t know how anyone can stay in such a place! It should be condemned!
