First off, when we arrived, the hotel tried to force us to pay again even though our reservation was paid in full on Hotels.com. We informed them of this and after an hour delay, we were finally able to check in and instructed to speak to the manager in the morning about the balance. Hotels.com took care of that situation and made sure the hotel didn’t charge us. The room was filthy, hairs on the nightstands, pubes on the toilet rim, literal hairs in the towels and more hair in the shower. The hotel was made aware and didn’t do anything about it except for exchange the towels. We decided to deal with it and go to sleep, as we had just driven 7 hours and then took almost an hour to check in at midnight. The hotel would not offer a refund for the stay and neither would Hotels.com. Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at.
