"I must say… I was disappointed. I thought if I paid for a name like ‘Holiday Inn’ it would somehow be of a good standard…how wrong I was! "Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"

"Everything was wonderful with the exception of no air-conditioning or fans. Of course it was an unusual heat wave, but it would’ve made it a lot more comfortable. A small fridge would’ve been nice as well so we could keep our drinks cool. But the pub was great. breakfast was very nice and we had a wonderful time."

"Free coffee and drinks were very nice, AC worked well and you could actually control the temperature. No complaints, would stay again. Location is a bit outside the main part of the city but located very close to tram so it wasn't a big deal."

"The staff at breakfast were exceptionally helpful providing alternative food for my grandson. We did not use all the amenities."
