"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk to the main strip. It’s close enough to enjoy all the fun, but far enough to escape the loud music at night, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and even had direct USB ports for charging our phones—super convenient! A special shoutout to “Yaya”...

Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. "The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm (except for Wednesday) Would have loved the bar to have stayed open later all week, with more evening entertainment. We still had the best week, would 100% come back and recommend!"
