「I had a very comfortable stay at the motel and they covered all the basic things anyone needs for staying in a new city. The garden was very nice to sit in, the property was generally pretty clean and it felt pretty safe. I think my only comment could be that the sheets were a little rough, probably just an individual preference. Maybe you could shift to softer ones, though? 」

「旅館很糟糕。辦理入住登記時，才發現旅館方單方面的把我入住取消了。(櫃台人員說她們有權力這麼做，如果我要入住，要求我現場刷卡支付，並重新支付城市稅15歐元。我整個覺得被欺騙了，雖然網路預付的旅館費有退給我，但網路訂房並不會退我預付的城市稅與刷卡國外手續費。然而到現場除了付房費又要在付一次城市稅與刷卡國外手續費。這太不合理了!旅館單方面取消訂房都沒通知。 還有旅館內部是非常老舊的公寓大樓。浴室小到不行，重點是排水孔塞住了，排水很緩慢，洗澡過程中腳掌是整個泡在水裡。我跟我朋友每個人試過都這樣，這種旅館真的太令人生氣了!!! 我與朋友們一致決定再也不會入住這裡!!」

「Prachtige suite, nieuw ingericht, met kookmogelijkheid ( mooi servies en bestek, goede pannen), gezellige zithoek, eethoek, prachtige badkamer met handdoeken en zeep/ shampoo. Tegenover U bahn , S bahn en direct busverbinding met Hbh. Supermarkt om de hoek. Geweldige plek om na een dag in de stad weer bij te tanken.」

「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」
