「Gutes Hotel zum wandern, leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal」

「Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. 「Tolle Lage direkt an der Hahnenkammbahn. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal.」

「The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. 」
