Our family stayed there for a week for a skiing trip and our time was amazing! The breakfast buffet was varied and the omelettes were delicious. All the staff from the cleaners to receptionist and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms have beautiful view to the mountains and the location is perfect, so close to the Steinplatte and other ski resorts. We’ll be coming back! Thank you 😊

Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en dinerbuffet, fantastische sauna's en stoombad én ook nog een binnen en buiten zwembad. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en eigen badjas en slippers op de kamer. Kortom, ik kan alleen maar positief zijn over dit hotel. Enige opbouwende kritiek; de bedden zijn iets te hard maar dat is persoonlijk.

Schönes Sporthotel, vor allem geeignet für Familien. Wellnessbereich noch ausbaufähig. Es fehlen Decken im Ruhebereich und Wechselhandtücher. Das Skidepot ist zu klein. Zuwenige beheizte Stangen für die vielen Stiefel. Für diesen Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

ruhige Lage Frühstück überdurchschnittlich mit riesen Buffet schöne Poolanlage innen/außen beim Frühstück extrem freundliches Personal kostenlose Parkplätze, wenn auch frei zugänglich und unüberdacht EG recht modern überarbeitet - Zimmer veraltet und klein, hat mit 4 Sternen nichts zu tun. Die Bilder täuschen, lediglich der Eingangsbereich ist modern, sonst alles veraltet. Wir hatten drei Zimmer als Reisegruppe, überall so. - Pool eiskalt, zumindest innen sollte dieser schon vernünftig beheizt sein. - Eltern die Ihre Kinder nicht im Griff haben. Es gibt einen Grund für die Schilder „vom Beckenrand springen verboten“. Es sollte eine Aufsichtsperson eingesetzt werden. Fazit: Nicht schlecht aber die Zimmer sind max. 3-Sterne tauglich. Würde nur wieder kommen wenn es günstige Angebote gibt.

Wellness uden afslapning.

Hotellet fejler som udgangspunkt ikke noget og medarbejderne i receptioner var forholdvis flinke og imødekommende. Problemstilling ligger i kombinationen af wellness og børnefamilier. Man betaler ekstra for wellness, hvilket for mig betyder ro og fred, samt faciliterer er der indbydende og vedligeholdt. Der sidste var ikke et problem, men at hotellet invitere børnefamilier ind på billige ophold med buffet og pool ophold hjælper ikke på stressniveauet. Der er altid larm og selvom der er regler bliver det ikke håndhævet at personalet. Shorts og klip klapper i restauranten, børn i wellness området, boldspil i poolen, m.m. Jeg havde booket et wellness ophold men ankom til et vandland i stedet. Det er ikke acceptabelt når de reklamere med noget andet. Deres balkoner er helt åbne, så når man sidder derude, sidder man og “sammen” med naboer. Ikke særlig romantisk! Kom her ikke for wellness, men kun hvis i ønsker et meget dyrt badeland.

Alles in allem war unser Wochenende sehr schön. Das Abendessen war ok. Nichts besonderes für den Preis. Dagegen war das Frühstücksbuffet sensationell. Eine riesige Auswahl, so dass man alles hatte was das Herz begehrt. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, jedoch ist es sehr schade, das dieser schon um 20.00 Uhr schließt. Gerne hätten wir ihn nach dem Abendessen nochmal genutzt. Der Kinder/Jugendbereich ist sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet und das hauseigene Kino natürlich ein Hit. Wenn andere Kinder dann auch noch wüssten wie man sich benehmen muss, dann hätte man auch in Ruhe einen Film schauen können. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wobei es zu Stoßzeiten an der Bar schon mal etwas länger dauert bzw. man den Kellner/in suchen musste. Das Einzige was ich wirklich kritisieren muss, ist die Frage ob es sein muss, dass am Sonntagfrüh um 6.30 Uhr die Wägen des Zimmerservices durchs Stockwerk gedonnert werden müssen. Nicht jeder möchte um 8.15 auf der Piste sein, sondern lieber etwas länger schlafen. Das war dann leider nicht mehr möglich.

Skønt ophold på KUHOTEL

Vi havde to overnatninger på KUHOTEL på vores hjemtur fra Italien til Danmark. Det er et virkeligt hyggeligt hotel. Vejret var godt så vi fik også glæde af det dejlige udendørs pool område. Udsigt, placering og morgenbuffet er fantastisk! Men…. Aften buffeten var virkelig dårlig og på ingen måde børnevenligt og slet ikke 34€ værd! En slags kød og meget lidt tilbehør, nærmest kun forskellige slags salater og oste. Værelserne er gamle og slidte. Sengene har dårlig komfort, især sovesofaen hvor vores søn skulle sove. Badeværelset med løse fliser, mugne fuger og generelt lidt uhumsk. Der lugter gammelt, tv’et var uden smartfunktion så ikke mulighed for at se en film på værelset. Poolområdet med spa er dog rigtig fint vedligeholdt, anbefaler de udvider det til resten af hotellet. På ingen måde pengene værd, vi var skuffede da vi tog derfra.

Wir waren mit unserem Kurzurlaub sehr zufrieden und kommen sicherlich ein weiteres mal in das Hotel. Wünschenswert wäre jedoch eine verbesserte Bezahlmöglichkeit der Wallbox für Elektroautos. Der aktuelle Zustand (Anmeldung via kreditkarte bei Betreiber) ist sehr nervig und zeitraubend. Als sehr gute Vorlage dienen die Ladestationen an der Gondel zur Steinplatte- Bezahlung wie am Geldautomat. Schnell und ohne Anmeldungen.wirklich super .
