Das moderne und trotzdem sehr natürliche Hotel ist ideal gelegen um gleich ins Skivergnügen zu starten! Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, welches sogar ermöglicht, am Abreisetag nach dem Skifahren noch die Nachmittagsjause und den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen! Stylische Saunalandschaft mit zT. geführten Aufgüssen, angenehme Liegebereiche und toller Pool. Top Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagsjause und genussvolles mehrgängiges Abendessen. Chaletdorf und Hotel perfekt kombiniert

Mit hoher Gastfreudnschft und Servicegrad zeigt sich das Puradies als sehr einzigartige Kombination aus Chaletdorf und 4*S Hotel mit allem drum und dran. Besonders wer also im Chalet logiert hat die Wahl aus dem Ruhepol der Hütte oder wahlweise den vielfältigen Angeboten des Hotels. Zudem ist die Lage direkt an den Liften und Pisten Winters wie Sommers ideal.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Bei Unverträglichkeiten Potential gibt es aus meiner Sicht noch im Restaurantbereich. (wg. Unverträglichkeiten) Wir hatten dies bei unserer Abreise auch ehrlich angesprochen, jedoch wurden wir an der Rezeption belehrt, dass man sich nur hätte melden müssen. Für mich kam diese Erklärung leider zu spät (bei Anreise wäre dies Info hilfreicher), aber vielleicht hilft diese Information jemanden bei einem unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. An dieser Stelle sei noch erwähnt, dass ich das Hotel 2 Wochen im Vorhinein schriftlich über meine Intoleranzen informiert habe. Der Rest (Essen bzw. Restaurant und Nachmittagsbuffet ausgeklammert) ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Schöner Garten (Aufenthalt im Sommer) mit Schwimmteich und großartigem Blick auf die Steinberge. Zimmer war geräumig aber hellhörig. (Blick Richtung Asitzbahn)

Ski in ski out was a great advantage. The food at the a'la carte resturant was exceptional. Fire alarm went off the night we stayed (that was not a problem) but when we all evacuated the building there were no staff evident.

Flot hotel men skuffende service og værelse

Hotel PURADIES er et flot og moderne hotel - og vi bookede derfor et 2-nætters ophold og forventede et par rigtig gode dage. Vi endte desværre med at tage derfra med et knap så godt indtryk af hotellet. For at få det på plads; PURADIES er et supertjekket sted; det meste er nyt, lobbyen og baren spiller, området er lækkert og der er en virkelig flot wellness-afdeling. MEN (og det vidste vi ikke inden vi tjekkede ind) de har også en gammel afdeling med værelser, der slet ikke lever op til standarden for resten af hotellet. Vi var desværre ikke opmærksomme på dette da vi bookede, så vi fik en ret dårlig oplevelse da vi blev indlogeret på et kedeligt, meget 90'er agtigt værelse med slidte gulvtæpper og gardiner. Receptionen var ikke meget til hjælp, og forsvarede sig med info som viste sig at være decideret forkert. Vores problem viste sig at bestå i at Hotels.com har taget væsentligt mere for værelset end det ville koste via hotellets egen side - men den utroligt næsvise og ikke særligt imødekommende service i receptionen samt en værelsesstandard der slet ikke lever op til hotellets i øvrigt utroligt lækre udtryk giver ganske enkelt en oplevelse under middel. Vi følte simpelthen ikke, at de ville gøre alt hvad de kunne for at hjælpe os. Vi fik at vide, at selv de 'dårlige' værelser er dyre, da PURADIES jo er et 4* hotel. Desværre lever hverken værelser eller service op til den intention - og kommer vi tilbage til Leogang i fremtiden, bliver det på et andet hotel. Desværre.

Die Unterkunft hat sich durch das viele Holz perfekt in die Landschaft gepasst. Saunalandschaft und der kleine See waren genau richtig Die Zimmer hatten eine puristische Eleganz. Es war einfach erholsam.

Séjour en famille L’hôtel est superbe, le cadre est fantastique, le personnel très accueillant, les chambres sont grandes , très agréables avec leurs balcons. Tout est très propres. Nous le recommandons vivement .

Schönes Hotel. Freundlich. Modern eingerichtet. Sehr viele Familien mit Kindern, dafür hat man mehr Ruhe in der Sauna. Essen gut,sehr gute Getränkeauswahl. Leider ist es aber bei den Mahlzeiten (platzbedingt) sehr beengt.

Place was good but I was very upset about charging for dog. Usually we pay 10-15€ per night but 30€ per night is to much for small dog

Chalet war traumhaft schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer relativ großen eigenen Sauna. Direkter Zugang zu den Skipistem. Einziges Manko vom Puradies, weder Indoor- noch Aussenpool zu haben.

Schönes Hotel,jedoch kein richtiges Wellness

War nett ,Personal sehr freundlich,Essen gut,Zimmer auch in Ordnung! Schön eingerichtet,sauber,jedoch unter Wellness bei 4 stern verstehen wir was anderes! Nicht gemütlich,kein Indoor Pool nicht mal ein Whirpool.2 Tage nur Frühstück um 738 euro einfach überteuerd!!!

Preis / Leistung passt nicht

Die "Genießerzimmer" sind im Altbau und sind auf dem Niveau einer guten Pension, kosten aber ein Mehrfaches davon. Die Zimmer im Neubau kosten nur wenig mehr, sind aber deutlich besser. Vorsicht beim Buchen, dass man nicht das "Genießerzimmer" im Altbau bekommt, sondern die Zimmer im Neubau nimmt. Teuer ist es trotzdem. Für den Anspruch des Hotels fehlt ein Swimming-Pool. Nichts für Familien und Kinder.
