"The best thing about the Hyatt is the staff. Reception team - this time we were helped by Myla, Michelle and the always wonderful Jinelle. The room was clean. The restaurant staff led by Hossain are exemplary; a new recruit, Brooklyn, matches the high standards of his colleagues."

"The room was cold and it just snowed during the night, so it got much colder n no sleep at all."

"Staff were incredibly rude. Had to complain to the general manager. Was not the best start to our honeymoon. Reception staff told us that there was a blanket no check in before 3pm when we arrived but didn’t even take our details to check. We went to sit at the bar. And watched as around 5 different people were checked in before us. I went over to speak to a different member of staff who was able to check us before hand. "

"Location is premium! Very close to the train station in town, and has many large shopping malls around that area. Chinatown is just across the street that has lots of good restaurants! Unfortunately, all restaurants in the mall close early! The property is old, but well-maintained and clean. Wi-Fi speed is slow!"
