I paid for a 1 bedroom suite( bedroom, living room & kitchenette) received studio suite (bed, desk & kitchenette). They still charged me for the 1 bedroom suite. It was $33 extra per day. Ad shows 2 grills there was only one which had no gas we informed office Monday still no gas when we checked out Wednesday. Pool was dirty (bugs, leaves, cigarette butts & towel in bottom of pool). Pool pump was not running my husband checked it each day as we had wanted to swim. My husband tried to talk to the manager Ed, he wouldn’t even look at my husband but continued typing and said leave info I’ll take care of it. Per Expedia he has refused any type of adjustment. Ruined our 43rd anniversary!

Stayed there for over two weeks. It did not have my sheets changed once. I did request to have them changed, but they never did. The kitchen faucet only had hot water in the actual faucet was broken. Multiple times had to go get my key replaced because it wouldn’t work on the electronic door. That was frustrating and probably occurred five times during my stay. I requested an additional chair so my wife would have somewhere to sit while we were eating and they never brought it up. The value was not worth it.

The kitchen was equipped for two people; however, the refrigerator made a very loud sound all day and night like a belt was broken on it and the ice maker did not make ice. Which was unfortunate as there was no other ice machine available in the building

I was not happy with the stay at this hotel. So much so that I only stayed for one night and needed to book at another hotel for the remaining two nights. The hotel smelled moldy and musty. There was a smell of marijuana in the elevator. There was mildew growing on the showerhead. The room was very old and not comfortable. The dresser drawers did not close, the TV didn’t work. I also felt just very uncomfortable at this hotel and the staff wasn’t always readily available. It was not a great experience and I needed to find a new place so that I could focus on the work that I was doing by being there.

The room was very run down and not very clean. I opened a kitchen cupboard and door fell off. The pool was locked and dirty. I asked about it and no one knew why. Most of the staff was rude and didnt want to be bothered. Would not recommend or go back.
