"The hotel is good, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The food at the hotel is also good, and I enjoyed my stay overall.
The only issues I noticed were the pool towels and the beach service. The towels provided for the pool are extremely poor quality they are old, rough, and worn out. I think this is something the hotel should improve.
Also, the beach area that the hotel recommends is not a private beach. The staff working there do not have a clearly designated area with the lounge chairs. Instead, they only set up a few chairs as people arrive. It would be much better if all the lounge chairs were already arranged near the shoreline with their umbrellas, making the beach area more organized and comfortable for guests."
