Krispy King Chicken for reasonable, fresh fried chicken and Don Machiattos for a inexpensive coffee just a right turn, two blocks and right turn toward hospital area. Also great Ramen and Unity Coffee for aircon and cool vibes. Google it. Short "Grab" or taxi (metered) rides to SM Cebu Mall, Ayala Mall, etc. Walkable to Mango Square."
