The room we stayed had a noisy airconditioning unit, and the washroom has moldy tiles. Staff are excellent, very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Breakfast could have been better, very limited options considering its buffet.

I have to say this place had the most comfortable bed I slept in so far on my 2 weeks in the Philippines. The staff were amazing and helped me with my laundry and did other general things for me. However the Hot water wasn't available for the evening I was staying there.

St Mark Hotel provides exceptional and courteous service. The staff makes you feel like nobility (based on what I’ve seen on Upstairs Downstairs since I am not nobility). Everyone is so positive and helpful. Large quiet room. Very clean. Comfy beds and large towels. Mini-refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included as part of my package. Breakfast was delicious - buffet style with varied selections provided each day. In addition, the restaurant is open all day. Robinsons Market, Pure Gold Market and Seven Eleven easy walking distance. Fresh fruit stand a minute away. Highly recommend staying here.

Very good but two issues

Best bed I have slept ok on a 4 month south east Asia trip. Staff are excellent. Close to a kfc and other restaurants. Room is great- perfect size with balcony, clean and well appointed. I have deducted a star bc the internet basically was not working at all. The staff did try to help but nothing worked. Also the hot water is basically luke warm at best.

It’s a convenient location only 0.5 to 1 km walk from the ATM, drug stores, Ching Hua hospital and Cebu Doctor’s Hospital and many restaurants. The room is clean, large, attractive and modern. The breakfast buffet is simple but acceptably good. During the day, it’s a little noisy because of the street noise. Overall I liked it. It’s a good value and I recommend it.

The room was so dirty was hair everywhere from the previous guest. They changed my room finally after wasting so much time. The new room is smaller and the Internet did not work throughout my whole day so I could not work or watch TV. I called many times and there’s a technician is on his way. Never came even this morning when I checked out same problem.

It was very convenient for me--to go downtown, uptown, shopping, church, and everywhere I went. The facility, if there's something needs to be done -it's handled right away. The staff, from the receptionists, the Halo Restaurant staff, the maintenance or housekeeping crew, the management personnel, and the guards were very nice and courteous.
