"I came in late to check in - the lady (desk clerk) wasn't friendly, didn't greet us. Wasn't much help at trying to locate my Expedia confirmation, told me to contact Expedia to find out what happened to my reservation. Stated that she is unable to help me, so we had to purchase another room for the night, since it was late and we just wanted to sleep. Expedia had me on the phone for several hours, trying to find out what happened to my reservation, at the end they final refunded me the money...

"Easy check in, staff was friendly, helpful and amazing. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing, I need them for home. Love the late check out. They even texted after I got in my room to make sure everything was OK and they were there if I needed anything. Check out also super easy. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Will stay again when traveling to and from CA to CO."
