"Swimming pool was down for repairs during the first part of our say due to kids tearing a pool light out. The complimentary breakfast was okay although the milk was sour. They replaced the milk with new cartons. The pillows are soft and fluffy but i prefer firmer pillows."

"This has unfortunately gone down here. Had our wedding reception here 17 years ago and have stayed multiple times since and has been wonderful. The edges of carpets in hall are visibly dirty. We tried 3 rooms- all were visibly filthy around the edges of carpet- area by microwave had broken tiles, etc. Marked as a "deluxe" room- not at all accurate. Ultimately ended up leaving (we are local) and got a refund. Hoping management/ownership takes the opportunity to get things back in shape."

"There is no sidewalk to use to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The spaces are so close together there is no way to walk safely through the cars to get to the doors. My mother fell trying to walk from the parking lot over curbs to get into the building"

"The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were not working. They were gross with molded yucky water. That was part of the whole reason we booked this hotel. The photos showed them to be nice. It was such a disappointment. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have asked for a refund and went to another hotel. People are on a trip like to relax in the hot tub. "
