「Had an excellent stay. Clean cozy modern rooms. Excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST. Please keep up the good work and stay on top of your hotel! Only negative thing is that one night a terrible odor permeated my room via the AC. This is on the second floor and it’s happened before during a previous stay. So something is definitely wrong and needs to be investigated to find what is causing that smell. Smelled like sewage. I had to turn the AC off to...

「Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Hotel in Jalandhar! I booked the Maharaja Suite, expecting a premium stay and a luxurious experience, but what I encountered was absolutely pathetic. The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely...

「Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. Charging guests extra for just a couple of hours despite paying for the entire booking is nothing short of greed. To make things worse, when I arrived, I was left standing at the reception for 10–15 minutes while the staff casually ignored the urgency of the...
