My stay was very comfortable. The room was well appointed. The room was clean and the temperature was nice. The service was good. The restaurant served a wide variety of menu items. The breakfast buffet had many items from which to choose. I will stay here again for my trip in December.

I will never stay here again because it’s not clean. The staff are nothing special there are not the most helpful. The bathrooms rooms are tiny and not clean. The bedding looks old and worn.

Great hotel with great breakfast buffet.

We already had a standard room booked for November 1, 2014, at a reasonable price, but we came to Jalandhar a day earlier, and ended up with a bedroom suite at twice the price at the same hotel. The suite was great, but the standard room had a large table that may have been used for ironing cloths for an Indian function a night before. Overall, the room, the service and the food was great. We already had positive experience with Country Inn and Suite by Carlson at Katra in Jammu & Kashmir, so this hotel was another plus for us, and my wife was overly impressed with breakfast buffet. Since I have been brought up in a western environment, we feel bit out of place, when waiters treat you as a Maharaja. I thought the days of Maharajas and British Masters are all gone out of India, may be the new Indian Masters have just replaced them with waiters spoon feeding them at the table. The biggest drawback was that the wall next to our standard room was being painted, and the smell was so strong that we had difficulty breathing in the night time. Another issue was that the WiFi in the room did not work well.

Thy need to replace stained furniture

The hotels looked nice and i paid alot for a night i stayed for abt 6 days , the staff was good bit the furniture was stained the two carpets we had thy were nasty and turned black from white. The back rest behind the bed was tuned black just ovrall dirty look to everthing u see in room . Considering it was in india thats the only reason i gave 3 stars here in states i would not stay in a hotel like this. I wish the hotel invests in cleaning supplies

free wi-fi would drop out several times a day and even when working was very slow.Not a good area if you wanted to walk about,felt very vulnerable,no shops in immediate area.Pool was ok but health spa had seperate times for men and women? On arrivlal was informed that our package did not include free breakfast,i had to get confirmation from Hotels.com and show info to reception before they would allow free breakfast.

Very average hotel. In the UK same sort of standard as a travel lodge. Staff are rude and inconsiderate especially at front desk. Definitely not returning.

Nice hotel

Hotel is probably one of the better ones in Jalandhar. The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby was nice and front desk helpful. The only downside was the wifi and restaurant. The wifi only lets you connect for a max of 24hrs per day and each day you have re submitt your request to join the wifi and then notify the front desk for them to action it. Quite a little annoying process!! Even then it drops signal quite a lot. As for the restaurant the food was nice but it is the same virtually everyday. The buffet is repetitive but reasonable for the price. If you like variety then you will be disappointed.
