"Loved staying at the Palace Casino Hotel. Hotel and staff were great! Best part was dinner at Mignons … Jason was a fabulous server and Erik was a fabulous bellman. Will stay again! "

"Room right next to elevator. We asked for different room but they said no Towel was dirty. Had to ask for soap. They do not provide shampoo and conditioner Room was small "

"When we went to check in which was at 4 o’clock, our room wasn’t ready till around 5:30. We were at this hotel for five nights the first three days we asked for more towels and did not get them. Had to use the same towel for three days. We we’re outside sitting by the pool and the landscapers were spraying weed killer and it was windy so all the chemicals were going all over the people we were on a refresh for them to come do our room, but they never came. Then they came and refreshed the rooms at 5 to 8. We were already in bed. They just don’t have the help there to accommodate you."

"Clean and updated room. Did not like the $150.00 room deposit. That was excessive."
