"Pool isn’t heated, even at 80 degrees the water is freezing cold. Express check-in staff are not friendly. You wouldn’t think it’s hotel/resort for kids. The beds sleep terrible. Hasn’t been upgraded in a while. Doesn’t compare well to other margaritaville locations. "

"Room was very clean. Loved the large counter top in bath! Nice, strong spray with hot water in shower. The theater was amazing. We had a problem with an obstructed view but the staff took care of us and gave us upgraded seats even better than we had originally purchased! First class hotel!"
