10/10 Excellent
"The staff are AMAZING!! They were the best part of our hotel stay-although everything was terrific. Clean rooms and WOW! THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed and pillows. I slept like a log and haven’t done that in years. I’m going to ask them what brand of mattresses/pillows they use-not kidding. They are not only pet friendly there but they are pet LOVERS! Just plain nice people. Our stay was quiet. The scenery unmatched as we had a balcony that over looks the St Lawrence DIRECTLY. We can see the castle right across the water. I can’t say enough about this place."

"Decaf coffee was cold in the morning for breakfast. Other than that it was worth the price when compared to other locations in the area."

"The hotel itself was lovely. Clean, great views, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a nice variety, but ended pretty promptly at 9am. Coffee and hot water we're available throughout the day. A couple things of note. The room description lists both a refrigerator and microwave, but there was no microwave except for a single shared one in the main breakfast room, which was inconvenient at best. The pool and hot tub are part of the on-site fitness center and close for the day at 8pm, along with the gym facilities. This was frustrating as it is not stated anywhere online and we got in right at 8 hoping to check it out. The room itself was clean and spacious and we would stay again with the knowledge that there are some key details missing in the write up"

"The room took a long time to cool down. We were in room 622 and the smell from the pool was very strong and the windows, you were barely able to see through them with what I am going to assume was evaporation from the pool. Room itself was very clean and comfortable. It did the trick for what it was booked for."

"I would suggest one or two towel bar. Also one more small tables in the room. The small towel bar was over the toilet so you have no place to hang damp towels. Also only one night stand between beds with a lamp filling the surface. But over all very nice for the price."
