"Booked a room with a couch, there was no couch and staff knew that at check in but did not advise there’s no couches anymore. The heavy smell of ammonia accompanied by a special culture of people suggests there is known drug activity on the property. The room was disgusting. The flooring had gaps, and missing sections. There was a massive puddle of water under the air conditioner so they changed my room. same thing. Gapped flooring, disgusting showers. Wouldn’t even shower here. Left for work at 6 am and walked into a crowd of folks who looks like they were up all night, eyes bugging from their heads and pacing. Checked into another room immediately and they won’t return calls to process a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I couldn't find the gym, the breakfast was a couple of waffle makers that did not work properly with staff that came in to yell at you when it beeps, some cereal, oatmeal packets, and apples. There were people harrassing patrons outside trying to bum things and the hallway had people out after midnight being obnoxious with no staff in sight. The only real interaction from staff was to basically ask "are you done yet?" in the form of "are you checking out?". They are stingy with towels and the facility shows very obvious signs of wear and tear. The photos look like AI generated models of what it might have looked like 30 years ago. I was really hopeful with the photos and images of the building, but this place has seen way better days."
