「Wonderful stay. I did’t utilize the gym or pool, but they did look inviting!!」

「The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. Overall, the hotel seemed run down and seemed to have a lot of shady people and sit」

「The facility smells terrible of chlorine, the lighting is so bad the place is dark and dungeony. The room was so depressing. Sticky floors, stale humid room, bed squeaked, poor insulation between rooms - I could hear everything and the room next to me was screaming at video games. Staff was nowhere to be found when I wanted help so i just left several days early and they wouldnt even refund or credit the days I didnt stay」

「tv and toilet not working」

「Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...

「Hotel had one handicap parking spot up front but numerous hotel reward member parking spots. Conveniently, they had handicap parking behind the building and near an entrance that did not have automatic doors and required a key for entry.」

「Why the deposit was not returned?」

「They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve. The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited. No hairdryer」

「The robe was amazing. Great full size shampoo & conditioner. Nice tissues. Strongly suggest to get a room overlooking the water as the rooms by the front desk are very loud and you can hear everything.」

「In the refrigerator it's was old food from previous people the room was not really clean, the floors in the bathroom and stuck so bad, the heater didn't work, the window has a big gap and all the cold air was coming in so we had a really cold night. Definitely not staying there again 」
