The bathrooms in common areas were not cleaned, the hotel ran out of beach and pool towels in the middle of the day, there were cups and dirty plates left by guests that were not picked up and staff were a hit or miss.

The beach and pools were beautiful and clean. The rooms were dirty. There were hairballs and dust everywhere. Did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Breakfast was good but crowded.
