「The cottage is decorated very nicely. However when we arrived there was a dead tree branch in the driveway, and no WiFi. We contacted the contact person and they said they would contact the owner about these issues, but nothing was done. We figured out a fuse had blown and flipped it ourselves. Beds are comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. 」

「The home is about 5-7 minutes from historic downtown, depending on traffic. It was very easy to get to. The neighbors were all very quiet, and it was a quiet area. My car was too large to park in the garage but there is space for that and at least two cars in driveway. I love that the bedrooms were upstairs so my husband could go downstairs while I slept in a bit. We did not use the back yard but it was large with fire pit and grill if larger family was staying for a bit. The couch is not very...

「very clean inside, good beds. Grounds were unmowed and this property is located in an insafe area, even though it's only a few miles from downtown. I would recommend providing paper towels, better quality bath towels (they are so thin), a whisk in the kitchen, a mixing bowl in the kitchen, a larger cooking pot and maybe make the property more welcoming (inviting) there was zero style (very bland) - zero pictures on the wall. 「This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). 「Nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious accommodation just a minute’s walk from St John’s river and 5 minutes from the ocean. We enjoyed using the bikes for a ride to the beach and the hot tub and fire pit on the terrace in the evening. Coffee pods and cookies on arrival were a lovely, welcome gesture. Would definitely stay again. 」
