「The hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping within walking distance. All of the staff were lovely. The pool/gym could use some attention but were still fine. 「I arrived at this hotel a bit prejudiced because of some negative reviews, likely written by people who either didn’t want to pay for what they were getting or simply couldn’t appreciate the place. I have to admit I was wrong — and I apologize for my initial impression. The staff was absolutely wonderful: kind, helpful, and genuinely courteous.
