「The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service」

「I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning. The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. After a 2½-hour drive, I had to navigate a very busy town centre to find alternative parking, all of which was chargeable. The limited parking needs to be explained much more clearly before booking. I arrived at 2.30pm, but my...

「This property is in an excellent location for Chichester centre and for Goodwood Racecourse. The owner was lovely. Friendly and approachable. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this accommodation was first class. Breakfast options were varied to suit all tastes and we loved the fresh fruit (not always the case in many places we have visited). It was a relaxing environment to start the day, especially chatting about Art. We have learned so much about Sculpture and certain Sculptors after our...

「Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again.」
